Child Care of the Berkshires, Inc is governed by a dedicated Board of Directors made up of volunteers representing a cross section of the community with specific areas of experience and expertise.
Board members are elected to serve three-year terms.
CCB's Board meets bi-monthly and is responsible for the overall governance of the Agency, ensuring financial stability, development/advancement, long range planning, compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and hiring and supervision of the President/CEO.
